Internship Forms for Students

You must request approval听at least two weeks in advance of the internship start date in order for听the Internship Office to process your request and to register the internship with AUP. There are four reasons for which your internship would require registration:听

  1. the internship is taking place in France听
  2. to receive university听credit听
  3. the employer requires AUP鈥檚 signature on a contract听
  4. to fulfill a Global Professional Skills (GPS) Program requirement.听

If one of the above reasons applies to your internship,听you must complete the appropriate form below. In France, interning without student status and without an internship contract is illegal.听

To extend or shorten your current internship, you must request approval and an official amendment (avenant)听to your French internship contract. Use the appropriate form below to request this.听
