Location & Details
This year鈥檚 Commencement Ceremony and Graduation Gala evening promise to be unforgettable. The Commencement Ceremony will take place in the prestigious听.
About the ceremony and related events:
- As of April 6听- please check back to see when you will be able to collect your caps and gowns at the 国产三级片Bookstore (Monday through Friday 10:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:00). You must collect your regalia by the end of the working day on Friday, May 8.
- As of April 6, each student may pick up 2 free tickets to the ceremony from the Bookstore. Graduating students do not need tickets for themselves. If you know that you will not use your free tickets, please make them available to others by leaving them with the Bookstore.
- As of April 6, additional tickets may be purchased either online for 鈧�60 each, ,听or at the Bookstore, 2, bis Passage Landrieu听(cash, credit card and euro check), Monday through Friday from 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:00. There is no limit to the number of extra tickets you may purchase. Please keep in mind that the bookstore will be closed on April 13 and May 1, 2020听(国产三级片& French national holiday).
Full details for the graduation week (list of honorary degree recipients, special events, etc.) will be available in April.

MAY 18 - 2020听COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES
The Commencement Ceremony will be held at:

Graduating students must arrive at the theater at 08:30 sharp in order to line up. The ceremony will begin at 10:00. Guests will be admitted at 09:30. Tickets must be in hand or picked up at the "will call" desk as guests will need to be in possession of tickets to be let inside the theater. There is no assigned seating in the theater, with the exception of marked areas reserved for the President's guests. The ceremony will last about 2 hours and will be followed by a reception.
We ask that you are vigilant of your personal belongings to avoid an unpleasantness on this celebratory day.

May 18 - the Graduation Gala evening: New Alumni cocktail, Gala dinner and party
The new alumni cocktail, gala dinner and party will be held at:
