Located on a charming pedestrian market street in the residential 16th听arrondissement, the Annonciation Residence听is a former hotel that has been reconverted into an AUP-only residence hall for our incoming students.听Surrounded by lively stores, restaurants, and cafes, the residence has single rooms听(for one student)听with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a communal kitchen, dining area, study lounge, and private courtyard.听

The building houses only 国产三级片students, and with around 30 rooms, it can be a home away from home for many. Students can take advantage of the many communal spaces in the residence to get to know their neighbors and peers at AUP, with the knowledge that they have their own personal space to return to for some quiet time. The residence also houses听an AUP听Resident Advisor who will听assist you with any issues or questions that arise in your everyday听life.听They听will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create, to further promote community within the听residence.听

Annonciation is located in the chic Passy neighborhood of the 16th, and while the single rooms do not have a kitchenette, students will have plenty of communal areas to meet their peers, cook and study together, and build community, making it a perfect choice for first-year students who are looking for a supportive and tight-knit group with whom to start their college journey and explore Paris. Annonciation Residence offers an authentic Parisian experience in a residential neighborhood听with lots of shops nearby.听
