国产三级片has engaged, as a partner, the services of the Higher Education Data-Sharing Consortium (HEDS), to collect your survey responses and provide benchmarked reports. The information we gather will allow 国产三级片to assess how well our programs and services met the needs of our alumni as well as how we can improve learning experiences for current and future students. We will also be able to compare our services to those of other universities of similar size and mission.
The survey will ask for information concerning:
- Your experiences at AUP, including your interactions with faculty and learning experiences in the classroom
- Your use of AUP鈥檚 services during your time here
- Your after graduation activities, whether you entered the work force or attend graduate school
Your participation in the survey collection is based on your consent.

WHAT we will do with this information听
We will use the information to provide anonymized and aggregated figures to stakeholders of the 国产三级片community with the goal of improving our learning experiences and outcomes. HEDS will also provide AUP, and possibly make available to the public, aggregated and anonymized reports that compare participating institutions. This will help us see how 国产三级片compares to other universities of similar size and mission.

WHAT information we share with HEDS
In order to prepare the survey, 国产三级片sends to HEDS, the following personally identifiable information:
- A Unique ID (Not your Student ID
- Your First and Last Name
- Your student email address
- Your Graduation Year and Month
- Your gender (for comparison purposes)
Privacy regulations allow 国产三级片to share this information with HEDS because we have a 鈥渓egitimate interest鈥� in ensuring that our services and educational experiences are adequate during our students鈥� time at 国产三级片and that they result in good outcomes for our students following their graduation. HEDS is based in the United States and we have signed a contract that holds HEDS to appropriate data security safeguards as they apply in Europe (Europe has a more restrictive regulation than the US).

HOW will we keep and HOW LONG we will maintain your personally identifiable information
Our partner, HEDS, will remove your personally-identifiable information (first and last name, email) from their systems after the data collection period and only maintain an anonymized ID and gender information on their servers for five years.
国产三级片will maintain this information in secure files on password-protected computers and other secure systems for a period of 10 years. Only personnel in the Office of Assessment, Learning, and Institutional Research will have access to non-anonymized and non-aggregated figures. After this period, non-anonymized and non-aggregated data will be deleted from our systems, but anonymized and aggregated datasets will be maintained indefinitely.

Your data will not be used to perform any type of automated decision-making; nor will it be shared with third parties other than the HEDS consortium.

Right to remove data from processing activities
You have the right to request that your information be removed from processing activities or deleted entirely, even before the end of the data retention period.
Right to access your personal information and have inaccurate information rectified
You have the right to access the information that you have provided and, if found to be inaccurate, have it rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed.
Right to complain to the supervisory authority
You have the right to contact the supervisory authority for data protection to complain. The supervisory authority of this data collection is the French Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libert茅s (CNIL).
