Student-led club, Black and Abroad welcomes聽Dr. Nikita Harris, a Communications Studies Professor at the University of Alabama. Dr. Harris聽will share聽her experiences and realities as a Black professor inside and outside the classroom. Her talk on "Navigating Academia While Unapologetically Black" will address how education, especially higher education, is deeply rooted in racist theories and practices.
