The Frankfurt Book Fair is the largest book and media fair on the planet. As such, there can be few better introductions to the world of international letters. More than 7500 exhibitors gather here, and one can visit stands of publishing houses
large and small from just about every corner of the globe. Most of this excursion is devoted to the convention and its surrounding events (several of which are sure to be centered around this year’s guest of honor, the Netherlands). Expect to leave Thursday afternoon and return Sunday afternoon.
