Since Antiquity, Rome has captured both artists鈥� and historians鈥� imaginations. From听Poussin to Gibbon, the city鈥檚 rise and fall have inspired the greatest artists of Europe听and its most prominent historians, the monuments left in the wake of the Empire and听Renaissance and the political, cultural and legal heritage of the eternal city will nourish our听visit with historical walking tours in the morning and drawing and individual study projects听in the afternoon. Expect to leave Thursday afternoon and return on Sunday evening.
